Distro 2.0 — Web Platform
Redesigned the core music distribution system to reduce submission failure and improve metadata integrity. Clarified rules-driven workflows within a high-volume operational pipeline.
Dual Primary Artists
Designed a system enabling multiple primary entities per release while preventing role conflicts and downstream failures across third-party platforms. The solution balanced user flexibility with strict external constraints and operational safeguards.
Real-Time Royalties (RTR)
Designed real-time financial visibility features that help creators understand earnings status and payout progress. Focused on sequencing, comprehension, and trust.
Trackblaster — Suspicious Track Management
Built an internal investigation and tracking system to help Fraud Ops and A&R teams identify, manage, and resolve suspicious content at scale. The system formalized ownership, status, and audit trails across previously fragmented workflows.
Mastering
Launched the mastering purchase and preview experience across mobile and web, improving clarity around value and purchase flow.
